Chicken Lasagna | frozen | 400g | 1 pax

Ingredients: Pasta (flour, oil, eggs, salt), Chicken, Béchamel (butter, flour, milk), Courgette, Onion, Carrot, Pepper, Eggplant, Leek, Mushrooms, Tomato Sauce, Parmesan, Parsley.

Preparation: Place the frozen lasagna in the microwave, covered with aluminum foil, on the defrost function for 3 to 5 minutes. Then place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, on the central shelf, for 20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75º (probe). Leave in the oven for another 5 minutes if needed.
