Ingredients: Hake, olive oil, garlic, onion, bay leaf, black pepper, carrot, white wine, parsley, wheat flour, water, coriander, salt, leek.

Preparation: Remove the product from the packaging and microwave for 3 min at medium power. If necessary add another 2 min. Never heat the product in the microwave inside the bag.
